Ben F. Ederer, Managing Director

     Ben F. Ederer II founded Oxford Advisors in 1992. Prior to returning to Arizona, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, a leading international consulting firm. He assisted clients in designing and implementing competitive strategy, identifying programs for optimizing shareholder value, corporate restructurings, complex valuation assignments, and various problem solving engagements. He was a representative to the Corporate Finance and Microeconomic Practice Centers and is active in the firm's alumni activities.

     In addition to his background as a management consultant, Mr. Ederer was a member of the New York City Corporate Finance Department of Smith Barney and worked with a leading Texas-based investment banking firm in the corporate finance department. He advised clients in merger and acquisition transactions, public offerings of debt and equity, private placements, and complex valuation related assignments, including fairness opinions.
